Health Quest is an organization that effectively addresses a wide range of health care needs presented by the 1.5 million residents in our collective and ever-widening patient-service area. Health Quest was formed through an affiliation of three local hospitals: Northern Dutchess Hospital (Rhinebeck, NY), Putnam Hospital Center (Carmel, NY) and Vassar Brothers Medical Center (Poughkeepsie, NY).
Each of the hospitals in partnership with other affiliated health care providers make up the Health Quest family of health care organizations, and have devoted themselves to the development of clinical specialties and medical programs and services. Based on the high quality and tradition of caring, all three have received the highest marks, by the many patients and families we serve as their hospital of choice.
In addition to the hospitals and their foundations, Health Quest also counts among its many partners long-term care facilities, a free-standing radiation oncology center, urgent care centers, a multi-specialty medical practice and a home care service providing for the health care needs of our entire region.
And it is the combination of these diverse and specialized services that Health Quest finds dimension and strength. What Health Quest is really about then is providing a continuum of care - care that is accessible, care that allows people in our community to stay close to home for all the healthcare services they need. It's about fostering a continuum of care that inspires confidence. This is reinforced by the unilateral commitment Health Quest has from our Board of Trustees, medical staff, employees, volunteers and community members all working together to live up to the expectations and trust our communities place in us.
