Senior Vice President Human Resources

Pat Borek has over twenty years of experience in Human Resources management in the healthcare field. Pat joined Health Quest in 2001 as the Director of Human Resources for Vassar Brothers Medical Center. In 2004 he became the Assistant Vice President for Human Resources, and in 2008 he was named Vice President for Human Resources for the Health Quest System.  Pat is responsible for all aspects of employment, labor relations, recruitment, compensation, benefits and management development for all Health Quest affiliates.

Prior to joining Health Quest, Pat directed Human Resource functions at Booth Memorial Medical Center (now New York Hospital Queens), Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn and CentraState Healthcare system in New Jersey.
