Northern Dutchess Hospital and The Thompson House announce "Employee of the Year" Recipients

Rhinebeck, NY... Northern Dutchess Hospital is pleased to announce that Matt Scialampo of West Hurley, NY was recently honored as the 2011 Employee of the Year.  

Known for his flexibility and dedication, Scialampo is a Lead Mechanic/Technician who has been with the Hospital since 2003. His award was announced at an employee BBQ celebration during National Hospital Week.

The Thompson House honored their 2011 Employee of the Year, Joanne Wasik, LPN, of Red Hook, NY. Joanne has been cited as compassionate and helpful to both patients and their family members. Specifically with dementia patients, her patience and resilience is outstanding. Joanne has been with The Thompson House since 2007.

Northern Dutchess Hospital, a Health Quest affiliate, is a 68-bed, acute care hospital located in Rhinebeck, NY. The Health Quest system includes Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie and Putnam Hospital Center in Carmel.
