Handwriting Without Tears

Handwriting without Tears is an innovative, proven program that administrators, teachers, therapists, and parents across the country have successfully implemented to teach pre-printing, printing, and cursive handwriting to more than 10 million children in Pre-K through 12th grade.  This developmentally-based program uses fun and engaging hands-on materials and lively music to inspire active learning, enhance academic achievement, and build self-esteem.

A prescription/referral from a healthcare provider is required. For more information or to schedule an evaluation, contact the Northern Dutchess Hospital Occupational Therapy Department at 845-871-3425.
