Angela J. Keleher, MD, FACS

Dr. Keleher is the director and lead breast surgeon for the Breast Care Center at the Dyson Center for Cancer Care. Highly respected in the field of breast surgical oncology, Dr. Keleher was previously the Chief of Surgical Breast Oncology at Western Pennsylvania Hospital and an assistant professor of surgery at the Temple University School of Medicine. She completed her Clinical Breast Fellowship at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston and her general surgery residency at Western Pennsylvania Hospital in Pittsburgh. Dr. Keleher earned her medical degree at the University of Illinois at Chicago and is certified by the American Board of Surgery.

Dr. Keleher is a proud member of the American Society of Breast Disease, the American Society of Breast Surgeons and the Society of Surgical Oncology.

Gregory J. Zanieski, MD

Dr. Zanieski, the newest member of our team, joins us from his Surgical Oncology Fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Previously he was Chief Resident and completed his general surgery residency at the New York Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn. He completed his medical degree at the State University of New York at Stony Brook School of Medicine. Dr. Zanieski is certified by the American Board of Surgery and proud candidate member of the Society of Surgical Oncology.

Sara Winterleitner, NP

Sara is a specialty-trained Nurse Practitioner certified in Oncology. Sara joined the team in 2008 having previously been the Clinical Coordinator at Vassar Brothers Medical Center's inpatient oncology unit. Sara is head of the High Risk Center at the Dyson Center for Cancer Care and has cared for oncology patients in our community for more than 20 years. She is also a certified breast cancer nurse and a proud member of the National Oncology Nursing Society, the Nurse Practitioner Association, the National Honor Society of Nursing and is the President-elect of the Mid-Hudson Oncology Nursing Society Chapter.
