Diabetes: Self Management Program
This program enables individuals with diabetes to learn self care skills that will promote better management of their diabetes treatment regimen. A certified diabetes nurse educator, along with a registered dietitian, offer individual or group instruction to those persons newly diagnosed with diabetes or those who would like a review.

Preventing, detecting and treating acute complications

Incorporating physical activity

Integrating psychosocial adjustment to daily life
