A ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the new Infusion Center at Putnam Hospital Center (PHC) in Carmel marked the opening of "Irma's Place", named after the late area resident Irma Pisaniello.  With its opening, PHC is now able to offer patients centralized infusion services customized to meet their individual needs, all in a safe, caring and attractive outpatient setting.  Patients receive the latest medical treatments, including but not limited to blood components, hydration, antibiotics, specialty infusions and injectibles, from specially-trained and experienced professionals in a facility designed with their comfort in mind-reclining chairs, entertainment options and refreshments.  On hand for the ceremony were PHC Medical Staff President Janusz Rudnicki, MD, PHC President and CEO Donna M. McGregor, Ms. Pisaniello's attorney Arnold Putterman, Esq., PHC Chairman of the Board of Directors Keiren M. Farquhar and President of Northeast Pathology and PHC Chairman of Oncology Services Vinita Agarwal, MD.
